From interest to your own key

Project viewing

We'll guide you through the construction, show you the spaces and answer any technical questions.

Reservation contract

We reserve the apartment for 30 days. The CZK 100,000 reservation fee is credited toward the purchase price.

03

Future-contract agreement

Commitment to purchase after the restoration is completed. Payments take place in 5 stages according to the schedule.

04

Handover and purchase contract

After approval in summer 2027 you receive the finished apartment with all documentation and keys.
