Our intent
Return dignity to an old lady and open her doors to new stories. We preserve every piece of stucco, parquet and glazed door — and add kitchens, bathrooms and 21st-century technology.
Stuccos, tiling, doors and windows are restored, not replaced. We'll return the villa to its 1898 form.

Vila Marie was built in 1898 by a local industrialist as a wedding gift for his wife – her name was Marie and she loved flowers. The Classicist two-storey building with a mansard roof has lived through several stages: family seat, cooperative apartments, offices.
In 2025 we bought it back to restore it to the form it deserves. We work with the best restorers and architects specialised in heritage restoration. The result will be six unique apartments where past and modern day exist in balance.

We restore the villa with a tight team of trusted Czech workshops and specialised companies. Every detail — from windows through stuccos to hardware — has a craftsman who stands behind it by name.
A family joinery from the Vysočina region producing precise replicas of period wooden windows to measure. Spruce core, oak thresholds, hand-blown glass with slight surface irregularity.
Specialists in classical lime plasters and stucco surfaces. They work with historical technologies proven over centuries — vapour-permeable and sensitive to the character of old walls.
A restoration workshop specialising in stucco decoration, paintings and ornaments. References include St. Nicholas Church in Prague and the restoration of several burgher palaces.
Design and installation of ground-water and air-water heat pumps, underfloor heating and controlled heat recovery ventilation. Certified for installations in heritage-protected buildings.
A metalwork workshop for restoration and production of period brass hardware. Replicas of handles, plates, locks and hinges based on preserved late-19th-century originals.
A traditional manufacturer of solid oak floors and wood blocks. Restoration of preserved parquet, replacement of missing pieces with gracefully aged old wood.
Vila Marie stands in a historic villa district, ten minutes' walk from the square. Mature trees around us, a quiet pocket of the city, yet only three minutes' walk to the public transport stop, five minutes to primary school and seven minutes to the nearest doctor.
